    ▒铁观音的基本泡法▒

    一、比例
       
    直接的反应就是茶的浓淡。浓淡要合适才好,使我们能够品赏到茶的色和香,同时,
    当的浓淡对于茶叶中的物质的浸出是有影响的,这不但影响到茶汤的色、香、味,也影响到
    茶汤对人体的作用。浓淡可以根据各自的喜好来掌握,但是,一般是宜淡不宜浓。常用的盖
    碗或小品壶,可放茶叶78克。

    二、水温
       
    对不同的茶要求用不同的水温,应视不同类茶的级别而定。乌龙茶、铁观音要用沸水冲
    泡,这样可以使茶叶中的有效成分迅速浸出。有些嫩度较高的绿茶,如龙井茶,应用8085
    度的开水冲泡,使茶水绿翠明亮,香气纯正,滋味甘醇。

    三、时间
       
    铁观音16水的冲泡时间一般为:15"20"20"30"40"50"。泡久了不但茶的口
    味不好,还容易将茶中“茶单宁”和“咖啡因”大量的稀出。水温高、茶叶嫩、茶量多,则冲泡
    时间可短些;反之,时间可长些。
