    ▒几十元的茶泡出几百元的味道▒

        每个人对茶的消费都要根据自己经济实力量力而行,不过的确有些小窍门,可以使一般茶散发出高档茶叶的迷人味道。许多人认为细节对茶汤的影响并不大,但众多细节累积所表现出来的作用是那样惊人。

     

    1、 水。

        最好用软水。清澈、干净、不要有太多的添加矿物质。用天然泉水当然最好。味道较纯的桶装水也不错,如:“农夫山泉等”。自来水的话,最好先用器皿盛出放置一段时间以去掉杂味和漂白粉的味道。水不宜久煮,隔夜煮开的水不宜再用来泡茶。

    2、 茶具。

    瓷器盖碗:适合泡任何种类的茶叶,使用方便,返香效果好。

    朱泥壶:适合泡高香型的茶叶。朱泥壶经1200度的高温烧制,返香效果也比较好。

     

    3、泡茶秘笈。

         选对了“水”和“茶具”我们要来探讨一下泡茶的方法。

        上等茶叶品种香气浓烈,茶骨清爽,或浓醇,苦而不涩。各品种都有标准的泡饮方法,但这都依上好等级的标准来定的。如等级较低的茶也按步就搬会香气较低。如单是加大茶叶的投放量,又会喝得满口苦涩,茶中的芳香物质易挥发,且易容于水。茶单宁、咖啡因等苦涩物质则会影响茶汤的味道,但容于水的速度相对较慢。

     

    下面来介绍妖妖的泡茶心得:

    u        取反香较好的茶具(如:盖碗、朱泥壶),防止原本较低的香气再被吸收。

    u        适当加大茶叶的投放量,能保证茶叶中芳香物质充足。

    u        水温要高,让较老的叶子可以泡开,芳香物质及时稀出。

    u        “快倒快冲”即冲泡时间要短。以免茶单宁和咖啡因的大量释出。

        上述方法适用于绝大多数的茶叶品种。依个人喜好相应减短泡茶时间,控制投放量用对“水”和“茶具”可以大大提高茶汤质量。甚至接近上品茶的滋味。

     

        好茶泡不好,体现不出好茶的价值,几十元的茶泡好了,也能泡出几百元的味道。一种茶,因为产地、制作工艺和等级的不同,可以有多种泡法。茶叶拿回家味不对,不要立刻就怪茶行老板的茶有问题,请问你是否用了适合此茶的冲泡方法?有没有泡好茶?
